Hey some free press who woulda thought. Lol. Great recap and giving credit where it was due to Marty B and Zubrus while we always look at the mistakes by the Bolts. A bad change by LaBrie opened up the Bolts for Brunners goal and a bad back pass by Brewer to an unmaned D position where Mr Jagr sat and set up the second goal. The third was just good work on the change of momentum. Unfortunately mistakes usually end up in the back of the net. It must be a record of almost 5 minutes with an empty net and neither team scoring. I don't know if someone tracks that kind of statistic but it would be interesting to see.

Brodeur has been strong against the Bolts and alot of other teams for that matter for a long time. regardless if they had Vinny or Stammer. I can't find fault with the all round effort and no one wins every game but on to Detroit who isn't playing well at home and on to the Island against an average Isle team but with Nabokov back who looked amazing last night.

The first goal was the one that did it for me. Gudas and Carle were miles apart. That can't happen.

Like Moses parting the red sea. It was a bad change that started it too.

Bishop in net Taormina in the press box with Labre. With those changes the outcome hopefully will be better.
Labre is the ultimate waste of a roster spot. Taormina coughed the puck up more times than I care to count. Nothing against Lindback but Bishop is the number one. I understand that Lindback needs playing time so there's not much you can do about that but I would've played him against Detroit because well Detroit is depleted.

bishop has been great but needs rest, especially back-to-backs. lindback has been fantastic for us. i believe we have one of the best 1-2 punches around

I wouldn't go that far. The two guys in New Jersey aren't bad.

Ok.. We're still up there... As "one" of the best ... Not "the" best , you can't argue about bishops numbers . And lindback is a solid goalie to relieve bishop when needed

Lindback's been alright, but there needs to be improvement there. A lot of improvement. I hesitate to call him one of the better backups out there right now. He has all the tools, but he hasn't been able to put it all together.

Lindback has been good enough and has potential to be better , if he does then I'd say we have a pretty damn good duo,! Cause we do now and lindback hasn't been outstanding

If he gets better...of course we'd have a great duo. But his stats speak for themselves. We can talk about the team in front of him playing poorly, but at the end of the day he needs to be better.
